With increasing lifespans and health spans, working longer doesn’t have to mean staying in the same job. Retirement isn’t a requirement; it’s an opportunity to reinvent yourself. Unfortunately, ageism (stereotyping and prejudice based on age) often gets in the way.

This session will debunk myths about ageing and introduce you to the silver economy. The 21st century requires more “maturepreneurs” to use their skills and experience in new ways.
